"Ranch" Guacamole

The health spa I work at serves this and people (even kids) go nuts! I made my own version of it of course, but this is a great snack, topper of meals, and just great to always have in the fridge.

The health spa I work at serves this and people (even kids) go nuts! I made my own version of it of course, but this is a great snack, topper of meals, and just great to always have in the fridge.

Ingredients:

·      1 Jalapeño Pepper or serrano chile, minced

·      1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

·      1 tsp Garlic, minced

·      3 tbsp Lime juice

·      2 medium Avocados

·      1 cup, frozen green peas SUB cooked edamame, broccoli, or asparagus tips

·     ¼ cup red onions, chopped

·  ¼  cup cilantro, chopped

·  Himalayan sea salt to taste

·   1-2 TBSP XCT (optional, if you are hungry add it)

dash cayenne (optional for added heat)

Optional Probiotic Boost (2 tbsp sauerkraut + 2 tbsp brine, substitute for ½ lime serving)

 

Instructions:

In a blender or food processor,  process the peas/veggies of choice until smooth. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix by hand for crunch. Add the blended veggies  and mix well.
