Summer Superfood Smoothie
This smoothie is very nutrient dense but you would never know it! Packing in good fats, anti-aging collagen protein to help gut health and your hair, skin and nails, and sneaking in some veggies. I love using smoothies as a way to pack in all these healthy ingredients into one meal.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (preferably New Barn)
ยฝ cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup spinach
2 scoops protein powder, I recommend Bulletproof Collagen Protein
1 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoons XCT oil or Brain octane ( to help burn fat and increase brain function)
2-3 ice cubes
dash cinnamon to balance blood sugar
5-10 drops liquid stevia (optional)
SUPERFOOD addition: ยผ tsp superfood of choice, my favs are Chaga or Cordycepts, maca, algae green powder
METHOD
Add all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
Sip and enjoy!
