Summer Superfood Smoothie

This smoothie is very nutrient dense but you would never know it! Packing in good fats, anti-aging collagen protein to help gut health and your hair, skin and nails, and sneaking in some veggies.  I love using smoothies as a way to pack in all these healthy ingredients into one meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (preferably New Barn)

  • ยฝ cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • 1 cup spinach 

  • 2 scoops protein powder, I recommend Bulletproof Collagen Protein

  • 1 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoons XCT oil or Brain octane ( to help burn fat and increase brain function)

  • 2-3 ice cubes

  • dash cinnamon to balance blood sugar

  • 5-10 drops liquid stevia (optional)

  • SUPERFOOD addition: ยผ tsp  superfood of choice, my favs are Chaga or Cordycepts, maca, algae green powder

METHOD

  • Add all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.

  • Pour into a glass and sprinkle with hemp seeds.

  • Sip and enjoy!
